Seeing Judy work in a jury trial is one of the most impressive performances I have ever seen. I recommend her to everyone.

Judith moved mountains for us!! We lived in a small town and grandson was related to most of the law. She didn’t back down like our other lawyer. Thanks to her and his counselor my grandson is now safe with his mother. He’s been with us for over a year now and is still traumatized by what was done to him. I can’t imagine where we would be today if it wasn’t for her help.

If I could give less than one star I would negligent doesn’t begin to describe this attorney she has not communicated with me since the day I wrote her a check not a return phone call not a return text or email I personally went to her office three times and spoke with her assistant who every time told me she was not in the office. I requested that my file be ready for me to take to another attorney and email to me or that I be called but I was ready for pick up this was about six months ago I have not heard the case was very simple required a mirror appearance and nothing much further than that filing a motion. I went to another lawyer after having to handle half of the issue myself personally for free and paid less than half of what she charged me to have him take care of this in less than two weeks in the meantime I have filed a bar complaint and still not heard anything back from this attorney steer clear I cannot warn you strongly enough against using her.

She does not return phone calls. She leaves you waiting in the dark about your case and she asks other people to post reviews on here in her favor since she has a lot of clients that are not satisfied with her services. I hired her for a child support case and all though she did get me some money now that it's time to go back to court she does not return my phone calls in over a month in a half... it's very sad that she can't seem to get her schedule in order... she shows up to court unprepared and often forgets what to say in court since she can't keep up with it all b cause all the clients she has. She makes promises she knows she can not keep at the end of the day... if you want an attorney to return your phone calls don't hire her you will be disappointed all the way through.

Judy helped me with a custody battle that was family related. She is an excellent family law attorney that is very strong and knowledgeable in family law. She was there when I was anxious, nervous and needed the reassurance about the case. Everything was done professionally and I was always updated on the case. There wasn't a time during our case that I ever questioned her ability to handle the situation in a professional way. I also must say that Chelsea who helped with everything in the office is a very energetic positive and happy, which is what you need in situations like this as well. So, thank you Judy and Chelsea for the support and hard work with the family custody case. I will refer any family or friends to you anytime.

Judy helped me in a difficult custody dispute that had been dragging on for years before she came in the picture. She did a great job!! Her staff, Chelsea, is also great. I understand Judy is an incredibly busy attorney and spends most time in court, but Chelsea was able to get messages to and from her, get answers to my (many) questions, and set up appointments for me when it was necessary. I would definitely go back to her for any other legal matter!

I hired Ms. Wemmert to assist me with my divorce. She did a great job. Judy is an extremely knowledgeable family law attorney and I was very impressed with her performance both in and out of the courtroom. As a father of two young children, my priority was their best interest. In the end, I feel my children were the big winners. I was awarded shared custody. I have two happy children, and all for a reasonable fee. I am very impressed with Ms. Wemmert's expertise, talent, and knowledge and would highly recommend her for any legal counseling. My rich ex husband, trying to modify custody, hired a high profile attorney, #1 in the state of Texas, and after a 2 week jury trial, the jury rendered its unanimous verdict, denying my rich ex husband to modify custody. Judith was recommended to me from a friend. At first she seemed like she was good. Saying She was gonna get my case done in less than 3 months. She was so full of it. She not once helped my case instead helped my ex find me in contempt. She was paid to do my divorce and then told me I had to pay more money to file and have my ex served. Not once did she attempt to do her job. She is clueless

Accomplished a special warranty deed for my ex-spouse (she served as my lawyer) and never told or attempted to tell me it was done. Just sat on the deed in her office as if it didn't exist. Consequence: I sued my ex through another lawyer (could not work it through Mr Wemmert because she would not return calls) for contempt of court in not accomplishing the deed when in fact she had. My attorney could not believe the unprofessional behavior of this lawyer. Stay clear of her!!

She is the worst lawyer i have EVER dealt with. My brother hired her about 7 years ago when my dad passed away. IT HAS BEEN 7 YEARS and she still has not finalized the case even though FOR 3 YEARS she says we are at the final stage. She never returns calls, she never does her job, and she gives nothing but lip service. Absoulte terrible lawyer how you people endorse her is beyond me. DO NOT HIRE HER

She is amazing! She is not only aggressive, she has been head on with the outcome. I would definitely call her for any legal matter needed. I trust her 100 plus on any situation. She is worth every penny that I have had to pay for services for my situation.My child support case was handled with great understanding between my ex-spouse in order to prevent jail time due to we are on good terms and we share custody and she was very helpful and my ex spouse was very grateful for her services.
