Doesnt ruturn phone calls, emails, and does not get any paperwork ready... Only time i can reach her is when i go directly to the office. My case has been going on for over 5 years!!!

I have never had dealings with such a poor lawyer. She came recommended by another lawyer that I trusted. I was wrong. What should have been a quick and simple settlement drug out for years. I allowed this to happen since Ms. Wemmert assured me that she and the opposing attorney had an agreement that protected me from further liability. She lied to me and cost me thousands of dollars. She never returned calls in a timely fashion and ALL preparation came from me. I could have represented myself better. I cannot have anything positive to say about her.
