“You have to send multiple emails and call just to receive a reply. Her answering service will always tell you to wait 7-10 business days, but when you do every single time they will claim to have never received your email.”

“You have to beg her to pay attention to your case. Months of waiting and hoping she will take the next step or take the time to talk to you - then you get 10 minutes, maybe 15 at best (3 times over more than 7 months), then she has little to say about anything including the process.”
