“I entered an agreement with Jaclyn with a retainer of $5,500 in which she and her team indicated that they would let me know once I reached the halfway mark of that amount to address my situation at that point. Exactly one hearing later and after hours of gathering all of the evidence myself to provide her with the tools to assist in my case, I was given a notice that not only had all of my funds been depleted, I also owed her a balance.”
