EEOC case that drug out several years due to lack of organization from this firm. I am leaving this review in hopes that no one else has to go through this nightmare. Was not prepared for deposition, forgot key facts sent over and discussed many times, forgot to inform me of a key date to meet for mediation and then lost my contact information. I am told that at some point this office was great but is anything but that .I was left to beg for return phone calls or updates over a period of several years and felt worse even when things were resolved. Office staff is never in office nor do they have any in formation to share as they seem to have little to no interaction with Adam.

This man takes your money then does nothing he doesn't work on a contingency basis so I doubt if he's ever won a case. Also he graduated from a 4th tier law school and it shows.

This is a horrible attorney, I reported him to the bar of Texas and of course they did nothing, He even went as far as to slander me before the bar of Texas, Believe me this man doesn't have your best interests at heart only what makes him money, I have had Great experiences with another attorney, this was not one of them, If your smart you will use another attorney!!

This is a volume business..A cottage industry. If you get to meet with the chief lawyer, you will be the recipient of a favor. Intakes are handled by non lawyers or, if you are fortunate a an associate. What struck me was the complete lack of compassion for my case and my medical condition. My confidence in this lawyer is zero. It is all about the money.

I hired Mr. Poncio in a case against my prior employer. From the start Mr. Poncio seemed very interested in my case and gave all inclinations that we had a good case against my employer. After hiring him, I was tasked with excessive amounts of information gathering and providing documents to him that took me days and days to put together (even though I had provided him with very organized documents, that I now think he didn't even look at). I did ALL the legwork building my case. He did a horribly poor job guiding me throughout the process. I explained to him time and time again that I was not savvy with the legal process and looked to him for guidance and explanation. He always made it seem like he never knew where the case was going, or if he even thought we had a solid case. Some days he was optimistic and other days he acted as if he could not tell if things were going well or not. And if you asked too many questions he would respond very rudely via email or in person. His communication is horrible too. When I would call his office I would never be able to reach him. If I tried getting a hold of his paralegal, the secretary would always screen my calls and I would always be transferred to her voicemail. If I sent an email to him or someone in his staff, I would be lucky if I heard back from them the same week. When it came to our arbitration, and negotiations over settlements came up, I would ask for his advice on taking an offer, but his response would always be something like, "well it's up to you." He never provided me with guidance on my options or what direction we should go in. I truly feel that both Mr. Poncio and his staff need to work on improving their communication, both from a timeliness manner and professionalism. He needs to take his cases more seriously and treat each client as if they're his highest profile case. Ultimately, when we lost the case, he had his paralegal forward me the arbitrators decision (a week late), and I haven't heard from him since. Apparently if you don't win the case, he doesn't have time to explain to you what went wrong. Overall, we're terribly disappointed with this law firms performance. With as sensitive a subject as wrongdoing in the workplace, a person deserves a lawyer who is going to be honest, upfront, involved, and timely with communication. This law firm had none of those attributes I my experience.
