My mother in law and myself were stopped at a red light 2 weeks before Christmas. While we’re waiting for the light to change a car rear ended us smashing us into the car in front of us. After being sandwiched, my mother in law was taken to the ER via ambulance. Over the next several months Ricardo Julio made sure that we knew where to go, what to do, and when things were supposed to happen. He advised us of our options and allowed us to choose how our case was handled. We both received all the medical care and attention we needed and got a substantial settlement at the end of the case.

Do not and I mean do not hire this attorney. He was eager and willing to take my money but has not done anything for me or my case since then over a month and a half ago. He does not answer his phone or notify me when I have hearing dates. I have emailed and called him multiple times yet do not get responses from him. Do yourself a favor and hire another attorney who will actually be professional. Not only am I out money. I have to start the entire process over looking for another attorney.

This law firm behaved like a firm should treat its clients. To say that I was merely satisfied is an understatement. Mrs. Ross' behaviour was such that I received more than I had expected from a law firm. Why so? In a civil case in 1997, the lawyer who took on the case for my late wife and I almost had the case thrown out of court due to their negligence and failed follow-through. Hence, I kept a weary eye with Mrs. Ross. With her, I was never disappointed.
