Going through a Divorce and hiring a Lawyer can be 2 of the worst experiences of your life. I met with over 20 lawyers. And every single lawyer asked to hear my story. Then they all asked for money that day. I also asked if they have handled a case like mine before, and what are the odds of me getting everything that I’m asking for in the divorce? They ALL basically said “You’re going to get everything you’re asking for”. That is the moment I knew the lawyers were just telling me what I wanted to hear so they could get paid. My family engaged Jacqueline in January to represent us in a CPS investigation after a young relative was placed under a 30-day safety plan. This was our first interaction with CPS. We wanted to use employer-provided services for evaluations and therapy rather than the more onerous services demanded by CPS. CPS threatened numerous times to move the child into foster care. They also threatened a legal motion to participate in their services. They even claimed that they didn't have to talk to a legal representative. We would never have been able to navigate this process without Jacqueline, who is an expert not only in the law, but in the ways that CPS will try to manipulate and threaten. Jacqueline made the case that CPS services and involvement were not needed beyond the 30 days. This was successful, and as of 3 months later, CPS has taken no further action. Unfortunately I hired another attorney that dropped the ball and cost me tons of money. I then hired Jacqueline Kriebel to take over. She was prompt, professional and prevailed even after cleaning up the original lawyers mess that was left behind. She has helped originally with my divorce then countless times over the years with modifications. I have referred many clients to her for anything from probate to divorce to custody to enforcements and have yet to hear anything but how amazing she was on every single case.

Ms. Kreibel in my opinion is just money hungry, first of all she won't take anything but a cashiers check and or money orders, 2nd she'll tell you she can't send you her contract until you're there with the money because you're only a potential client, then she'll verbally tell you anything you'd want to hear while she's fixing and ordering her office supplies on the time she's charging you for, then months down the line she'll tell you she hasn't heard from the other attorney after you try and contact her for an update, funny she had other cases with the same attorney is what she told me when we initially spoke, then when you push her to take some action she'll make up rules which in my experience do not exist, I just got a court date for a final and completed my final hearing without a mediation she said we had to do, without going to the judge and asking not to mediate, then she'll tell ask you for more money and I has to request my bill several time until I her that I do not trust her anymore and want her off my case and remaining balance refunded, then she'll claim I gave her only $3500 until my mistake I reminded her I gave her much more, then she'll make a bill for higher the amount claiming I owe her, she was going to set up a 4 hour mediation, confer with mediators, other party attorney and do 4 hours of mediation when she claimed I paid her only $3500, but then made up a bill for $5500 when I said no I don't need her to represent me, that just doesn't add up. Now that my case is final I will be filing my grievance and making a report to her insurance, I finally have time to get back to her. Sad attorney's like her exist to make life so much harder for single parents who are already barely making ends meet.

Not impressed!

Jacqueline was a phenomenal attorney for my case (divorce/custody). I wanted representation that was a shark and boy was she one. Not only is she human with her form of communication and approach but, she’s straightforward but has a sense of humour at the same time. Ms. Kriebel was very knowledgeable when it came to handling my case and offering advice. I am very glad I chose her as my attorney and would recommend her to anyone.
