Charles Regalado was my lawyer who handled my case. He was great with communicating with me every step of the way. If something new came up he kept me informed. Case manager was unresponsive and hard to get ahold of for the most part. I feel the precentage 33% is kinda high to work on a case so simple. I could understand if I had more injuries but I feel like 20% would’ve been more reasonable. But idk ig everyone has gotta eat. Anyways the actual attorney was informative and very confident in every answer he gave to my questions. lastly The lady who took care of sending out and tracking my settlement was super responsive and helpful and honestly saved this from a 2 star review. Oh they also gifted me some really cheap cup as thank you for being a part of “law boss” so heck yeah ig
