After an extremely disappointing settlement and not even enough to cover my expenses for surgery from an accident, my insurance premium went up when I was assured that it wouldn't from the attorney. I then contacted the firm with the intention of getting an explanation as to "why". After a few hours because they were at lunch, Nancy contacted me and basically informed me that its the insurance company I should be talking to and not them. I guess after this firm got their piece of my settlement I no longer had any importance or value to them anymore. She even encouraged me to write a negative review because it wouldn't make a difference. After this conversation she really made it clear that this firm brags about the 1 or 2 successful settlements and hide all the disappointed clients that made the bad decision of choosing this firm. Since I was a previous client I feel I have the right to express extreme caution before moving forward with this law firm. At the very least consult with another firm besides this one and compare. Don't let what happened to me happen to you. Good luck.
