Ask a lot of questions- DO NOT sign anything until you know what you are agreeing to --in our case this attorney was not helpful--his staff is VERY nice so let's give credit where credit is due- "Pam" is an asset to that team. If you go to irs.gov you can get all the information about an OIC "offer in compromise"--sit down, read, learn and do your own homework.

I don’t recommend this Attorney. He didn’t do what he said he was going to do, costing me thousands more to pay. I ended doing the job myself. I payed him what was agreed and he didn’t finish the job. Don’t hire him.

I found Luis after being audited by the IRS. My previous book keeper did a horable job at keeping my books and the IRS had a field day with my audit. Left owing more than 80k. As I began to call around for legal help all I was getting were request for a large down payment even before they had seen any paperwork as to what my problems were. Mr. Deluna was the only one that took the time out of his day to get on the phone and discuss my situation with him. He then set an appointment to look at what I had before he gave me a price to take on my case. He worked with the IRS and resolved my tax matter to my 100% satisfaction at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by other attorneys. If your looking for a honest dependable person to have in your corner, defenently work with Mr. Deluna. I cannot express how great full I am that he took on my case and at the wonderful job he has done for me and my company. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with tax issues or questions. Suppose that's what you get. Call with an issue trying to seek consultation. Then this typical money hungry lawyer says "I am a $300 dollar on hour guy, don't bother me" Rest assured, I would never recommend a side show like this.
