It was very important for my family and I to write this review about Daniel. He is such an outstanding person with an amazing heart and has the best interest of his clients. From his immediate response during our desperate state to the end of the court proceedings he was in constant contact. Daniel thoroughly explained how things worked, what the the different outcomes may be, and what his goal was for our son. Our son was life facing a possible life changing sentence for a felony crime even though he is a juvenile. We were referred to Mr Palmer by our family attorney who we hold in high regard and trust. I got a phone at work about my 16yr son, the next day my daughter and called all day for advise. Mr Palmer called my daughter answered all her questions and she told him this is my bestfriend my little brother means everything to me. I’m not one to write reviews or answer surveys; but, I will write this one! Daniel J. Palmer is an amazing attorney whose bedside manner goes without saying. He is caring, patient, dedicated and understanding. Over the past several months Daniel J. Palmer worked diligently on my DWI II charge fighting for me every step of the way. Even in instances where I received violations and had to return to court to face the judge; he guided me and stood by my side every step of the way. His legal expertise made the difference in this case as to whether I would be free or be another case number for the Bexar County System. When you really need EXCELLENT professional legal advice look no further than Mr. Palmer. I came to him needing assistance with a legal issue that was still on my record from over a decade ago even though I did everything the court asked me to clear my name: It was still there. Not only did Mr. Palmer take my case, he kept me informed every step of the way. I can't thank him enough for the service I received. This lawyer took on my case while I was charged with assault and battery to my wife. I had no papers, I wasn’t a United States citizen so I was facing deportation and jail time. I had no options I couldn’t take deferred as a proposition or it would go on my record. I Only had one option and that was to get it dismissed.. The lawyer suggested that we go for pretrial diversion even though only small amount of people gets accepted, like 10% I believe. We went for it and thankfully we were accepted.. completed all my requirement in less than five months. Although I was on probation for 12 Months. This lawyer got me an early termination I was out and done in 5months. Then he dismissed my case three weeks later I ask him to expunge it and he did it right away . 3 weeks after my case was expunged I was able to go to immigration and prove my innocence. Then I was scheduled to become a citizen a week later after that.. I am so happy with my lawyer Daniel Palmer for everything he has done for me. I recommend this guy to anybody.
