Volk & McElroy have been my go-to whenever I have any legal issues. My vice is speeding. My name is Sergio Montoya. I had been arrested for DWI in March 2014. I went looking around for good legal representation and I'm glad I found David! I went to this one Valdez guy at first and he was a dick, charged way too much and didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about. I got the opposite when I spoke with David for the first time. My experience with Mr.Volk was a very positive and professional one. He was always in contact with me and letting me know what was happening with my case. He often checked in on what was the possible outcome that he was trying to steer the case to. My main concern with any lawyer is communication and to feel like I was being herd.
