I am pleased with Ashley Butler. She has been very knowledgeable, efficient and has produced good results. She has explained what was happening as it was happening. I feel good about her being my lawyer. Good choice.

This company stole $7,500 from me and caused excessive damages to my families and my life. My final invoice reflects charges long before I ever met Ashley and before she was retained. She was hired to submit orders that were approved, she reversed all previous drafts, adhered to everything the opposing party objected to with out argument or objections, with out my knowledge. She then, attended a hearing that I was not informed about as she only notified the father. The absent father who hasn’t paid child support in over a year and not me, her client. While misrepresenting me by presenting a document in court, that was unauthorized, manipulated beyond recognition, restricting me, and in favor of the father. She promised to fix her mistakes. 5 months passed, giving a few excuses, then she withdrew, completely ignoring my pleads to help me or return the deposit. Ashley Butler at Bandoske & Butler has committed fraud and malpractice.

I hired her to help me with my divorce. She didn’t lend any guidance or reassurance. Looking back years later, I realized she bled money from me and did as little as possible to truly guide me. So much so, once the mediation was final, she drop me off at a Starbucks and made me take an Uber home. After the thousands of dollars I paid her, she didn’t even have the decency to offer me a ride home on a very difficult day. Instead she text me a gif of Beyoncé dancing to all the single ladies. Definitely not what I needed after escaping a horrific marriage. So unprofessional. I wish I would have done more research to find someone else but I now realize at the time I was vulnerable and had been dealing with an over whelming amount of distress. She certainly took advantage of that as she collected every check.

I have hired Tess Dunn — associate attorney — at this law practice and she is truly a breath of fresh air. I’m going through a very high-conflict and complex divorce with a child, property and businesses. I have had mixed experiences with my previous attorney, and felt that we were merely being reactive, and that the majority of our interactions with the opposing party were contentious. She is collaborative, professional, creative, and most importantly ‘proactive’. Despite having such short notice on my hearing, she’s pulling together a comprehensive, long-term plan, and doing an excellent job of keeping me focused, calm, and on track for the bigger picture items to come. Don’t hesitate because she’s an associate — work with her now, while she’s a rising star! Additionally, I must give additional credit to her legal assistant, Lisa Rodriguez, who is highly experienced and professional. She’ll ask the right questions to help organize your case, and save you money and time. I will update this post as my case moves forward, but I’d give 6-stars right now if I could.

I was extremely satisfied with the work, knowledge, and experience of Rachel Reuter along with her associate Tess Dunn and her paralegal April Cruz. I felt empowered with them at my side, whereas I had felt helpless. They achieved the best possible outcome for my son and me. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
