Marquardt was responsive to my call to collect basic information (I was considering 5-6 options). They provide an initial 1-hour consult free of charge, which provided the information that led to me selecting them from the options I considered. MLF is part of the legal services that I pay for through my employer, so the cost of estate-planning documents was a covered expense. It was easy to set up appointments, they were responsive to information requests, and we were treated professionally, yet personably, in all our interactions.

So when you call No one is available to speak than they call you you call back No one is available?? I've found a different attorney office that I was able to speak too the same day and got an appointment a day it was just to update a will nothing major.. yeah I'd find someplace else

2/2023- I loved working with this law firm. I received my consultation appointment fast and they completed my Estate paperwork in record time. The staff here are so nice and professional. Fast Forward: 2023/2024- My husband and I used this firm again to to handle a probate case because we had a great experience prior but this time was a different result. The experience was extremely frustrating. The communication was so bad that I contemplated filling a complaint. Our witnesses even complained to us that they weren’t getting responses after calling and leaving messages. We would call and never get a call back even after waiting over a week. We were being charged for the paralegal updating his notes, like what!! Those charges were removed eventually. We finally got someone (Sheryl) in the end who communicated with us and helped more in 30 days than anyone had helped previously. If I call you on a Monday, I expect a phone call back by Friday. Not sure if it was turnover or what but definitely need improvement in this area. Communication is key in any relationship whether it’s business or personal. I won’t say don’t use this firm because I did have a good experience the first time around.
