Marquardt Law Firm did an absolutely incredible job creating a Trust for my husband and I. Every single person in that office cared tremendously about our family’s long term goals and did not rush us through the process at all, which we appreciated since there was so much to think about. They took all the time necessary to make sure that we were comfortable with the decisions made for our plan and that we completely understood the process and documents. After signing, we received a beautiful binder with our trust and related documents, as well as instructions for all of the next steps we needed to undertake. Aside from the obvious high level of professionalism, everyone was so kind to us and made us feel like we were a part of the law firm family. I cannot recommend this firm enough for anything estate plan related!

My mom needed to get her Will taken care of and at 82 he was so gentle and considerate in making sure she understood everything. They truly care about making sure your final wishes are expressed. After my brother-in-law passed away unexpectedly without a will, my wife and her parents spent a lot of time trying to locate assets and ultimately trying to settle his affairs. This was not something I'd wish on my loved ones (especially after a tragedy), so we decided to put our will in place. Avoid this firm!! The only thing they will do for you is send you invoices! I retained them and for 9 months they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. I FIRED them! AVOID AVOID AVOID! They won’t take your phone calls, they will stand you up for scheduled meetings, then they will CHARGE you for COMPLAINING!! They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL law firm I have ever dealt with! Save yourself money and headaches, find a good firm.

Chat rep probably misunderstood or made some assumptions about my ability to pay. As a result I received a voicemail the next day stating that they cannot take my case & referred me to the San Antonio bar association... Guess I'll take my business elsewhere

We completely redid our wills and had trusts drawn up. They did a very thorough job with all of it, and the attorney was very good about explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Marquardt Law Firm!
