Don't waste time and money for estate planning with this firm. Incompetent staff and would not refund our money after not providing the level of service we "thought we were getting" for the high fees Mr Todd Marquardt charges.

Could not ask for a better experience! Daniel broke down the legalese for us, and was very genuine and passionate about serving us as individuals, not just as clients. His staff was friendly and helpful.

Attorney Daniel Palmer went above and beyond when preparing my trust, will and accompanying documents. I had just moved from another state and needed all legal documents rewritten for Texas. Making arrangements for estate planning while still young and vibrant can be hard to face but Attorney Daniel Palmer of the Marquardt Law firm made it so easy. From the first contact to the actual signing ceremony (I love that is is called a ceremony) was handled professionally and without stress.
