Todd and his team have been very helpful in 3 areas for my family. He filed for Medicaid Benefits for my mom and handled her probate. His work protected the house for my dad. At the same time he wisely drew up Powers of Attorney, Medical directives, and a will for both my parents, This proved extremely helpful after my dad had his own issues and had to enter Assisted living and nursing homes. Then the guys at Marquardt help us file for Veterans Benefits. My parents didn't make much but were modest savers. Fortunately now they will be able to pass on a little bit to the family because of all the things they were able to do. Since I live in Florida I greatly appreciate their help with these things.

Great experience. Initial information provided through a form online, which worked great for me! Appointment scheduled shortly after submission. Office personnel professional and friendly! Met with attorney Todd Marquardt and he was thorough and very informative. Follow up meeting to complete transaction was again very professional and informative!
