I had a very pleasant experience with attorney Daniel Palmer and his assistant Marelyn Jurado on amending my trust, medical power of attorney, and estate matters. Daniel was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns, providing clear explanations in simple terms. The convenience of handling some steps online was greatly appreciated, and the in-person interaction with Daniel and his colleagues made me feel at ease during our meeting. The amendments were carried out with efficiency, and I intend to keep relying on his office for any future legal requirements.

Daniel Palmer and his team are absolutely wonderful. My wife and I had our living trust and related documents created by Mr. Palmer. He was thorough, personable, professional and practical. When we need additional legal services, we will return to the Marquardt Law Firm.

It took several months to get what I wanted from the law firm. The lost my paperwork, and will not admitted until I took it again to them. I needed to make changes to the trust fund. Once they have it again, they fixed my trust fund in a better way. Mr Alex Vollman explained the full process on how the trust works he broke down on tabs. It was easier for me to understand it. The best thing he explained the process of founding the trust. The front personal was friendly, well dressed , women wear beautiful make up and their hair was well done. They were gracious when in the office they offered coffee or water. The only out place person was one of the witnesses. He doesn’t dress up for his job. He looks like a laborer instead of a high white collar job. Too casual for the office job. But I am glad Mr Vollman was well dressed and soft manners while taking care of me. It ended as a good experience. Definitely will use the Marquardt law firm again

Creating an Estate Plan. Professional, friendly and patient. Communication from the very 1st contact was friendly and concise. I first spoke with Legal Assistant Marelyn who provided clear expectations from timeline to availability. Call back times were great. Clarifications to questions laid out well via email. At signing ( I visited their Huebner office ) I met with partner Daniel Palmer. Mr. Palmer patiently clarified any questions I had and offered options and examples when available.
