We went to Marquardt Law Firm to get our California family trust updated to reflect Texas laws now that we have settled here for the duration. We worked with Daniel Palmer, ably assisted by Marelyn Jurado, and they provided us a very professional and complete revised trust for our approval. It had every change we wanted and while the review was long, it was complete and Daniel answered all our questions. He even identified the holes in our existing trust that we never would have thought of so we now have a more secure trust. Marelyn was a joy to work with and helped us understand the signing process and make it smooth. The office staff is great, quick to respond when called or emailed.
