These two have been great! They have been available to discuss my case whenever I needed. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fairly and received the best outcome possible. I was arrested for DUI while on felony probation. I would have been sent back to jail if it hadn't been for Arguelles & Lambert. I asked them to take my case because all the other DWI/DUI attorneys I talked to said the same "Ill do the best I can but I have to look at your case first". Rolando Arguelles and Phillip Lambert both had a personal consultation with me and told me "We WILL get you off!" That showed me confidence in themselves as well as confidence in my life. I wasn't ready to go back to jail because another lawyer was too busy to take my case seriously. In the end I got my DUI reduced to obstruction of highway (same as a speeding ticket) which didn't violate my probation. Even after my sentencing I have been able to contact them with questions regarding my probation and they have always given me solid advice. I trusted these guys with my life and they did a wonderful job. I am about to finish college, i have 2 jobs, and I have been able to turn my life around instead of sitting in a jail wondering what could have been. If you are looking for lawyers that treat you like a friend and not a paycheck these are the guys!

Phil was my court appointed attorney in a felony case I had in Kendel County. I know from past experience that some court appointed attorneys just don't seem to work as hard for tge Defendant. Phil worked over and above my families expectation. Phis always answered tbe phone, or called me back within 8 hours. The research and time he put I to my case was phenomenal. He did whatever it took, including on our first appearance, going back to the District Attorney 5 times that day to plead with her for a better plea bargan. At tbe end of everything, he got me probation on a charge that clearly would have been prison time.
