HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!! The court appointed wrong amicus! For custody or mediation, do not use this lawyer!!!!!!!!!!! During my case being dragged on for three years, he told me, "I'm sick of this case," which was not what I wanted to hear from the attorney appointed as amicus for my son, even after a recording showing her picking up our son while under the influence! I wasn’t able to get funds released due to false documents being handed to SSI office so funds could be released to pay Child Support, and lawyers would have seen I have been paying if they did their jobs! Matt and his assistant both witnessed how my little boy is being couched to dislike me, they both agreed, and Matt thinks this is alright! Matt will tell you exactly what you want to hear, always asks for money, but during the final hearing, he will switch things and then say, "My actions are not personal; they are based on my job that the court has provided to me." I am still on the same schedule as my temporary orders that have been in effect for 3yrs, no holidays, and being alienated! The worst part is that he did not attempt to mediate or work with me on finding any solutions. Now I am being alienated from my best little buddy all because of this lawyers decision! I would caution against working with this lawyer, but this was my experience.
