Recently I have been arrested and had the worst two days of my life, the process after was intimidating and overwhelming. However after getting Derek Morales recommended to me by a coworker, Mr. Morales helped me with my case and explained it in terms I could understand. He helped me do what i needed to do to get on good terms with the court and was friendly as well, I definitely recommend going with this office.

6 hours lawyers fees to review very simple case. Stated he was ready to represent me in court via Invoice. 3.5 years later of accomplishing nothing he sets up meeting to review upcoming court date that he never made. Months later I arrive at courthouse fory court date to testify for my countersuit. I informed him no court date was set and he showed up anyways charging to represent me in court anyways. He never had a court date after close to 4 years. He had over 3+ years to contact an appraiser we both knew. Of course he never contacted him. The most important part of my case even though he had my retainer all that time. I had to arrange for the appraiser even though he insisted he had to do it. He called me in Colorado and stated I needed to be back for the next court date and needed more information before I testified in my court case, which should have been done for my original court date. Just a joke. He demanded another $5k after finally giving me an invoice after 3.5 years. The next court date months later he stated the day before I didn't need to be there. He just consulted with the judge so I still couldn't present my case. $15k in expenses after 4 years and nothing but the run around. Dishonest, corrupt in not refunding my money for work he never did. No way was I going to give this guy more money after 4 years of doing nothing. Don't hire this guy. 3+ years trying to get this guy to make 1 simple phone call to the appraiser and it didn't get done or anything. Getting charged for lawyer representation in court when no court date was ever made is just unacceptable. Hopefully one day I'll get my money back. Just a joke.

As a client I am so happy Derek helped me to survive from a dark person believe me it is hard to find attorney with good heart you only need a good attorney and god to protect you.
