I have never been in trouble with the law in my life. So, when I was charged with multiple class B felonies, it was incredibly stressful. Mr. Churak was able to get me a reasonable bond amount; lower than what I had researched for similar charges. Mr. Churak took care of all my hearings; I did not have to appear in court at all. It took a couple of years, but in the end, he got the case dismissed. I feel the amount he charged was more than reasonable, especially given the outcome. The total was $10,000, and honestly, it was the best money I've ever had to spend. I would definitely place my trust in him and his abilities again should the need ever arise again. It's not easy to decide whose hands you should place your life in when facing serious, potentially life changing criminal charges. I wholeheartedly recommend you seriously consider Mr. Gary Churak should you find yourself in legal jeopardy.

Gary Churak represented me in an Assault involving family case. I was currently training in the army and had to juggle time to visit with Gary and make important court dates. While deployed in Iraq, I missed three very important hearings, but Gary was able to plead with the judge to not place a warrant on me because of my military involvement. Once out of the army, I had a warrant placed on me and was very scared of being taken to jail. Gary was able to get me a PR bond, and ultimately got both of my misdemeanor charges dismissed. Gary, I cannot thank you enough.
