The Carlson's do what they say. They took a case which we evaluated as being a case of potential liability and were able to have it dismissed - all for a fraction of what we had budgeted.

I knew Scott from his work at his former firm. When I was looking for a new attorney in South Texas I found he had left and started a new firm with his wife. Initially I assigned two cases to his new firm. One which had been pending for more than three years. In less than two weeks Scott and his team had devised a strategy for shutting the case down with no exposure. They implemented the plan and had the case dismissed. Needless to say, I have assigned all of my South Texas cases to Scott's firm.
