I spoke with both Brianna and Attorney Paul O'Finen regarding a real estate / family matter. Both were very professional and pleasant to talk to. Mr. O Finen spent time on the phone with me discussing my situation and made sure that I understood my options. He made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge of the law and was very patient with all of my questions. I appreciated very much that he didn't make me feel rushed and that my legal matter was important to him.

After the loss of my sister and her leaving behind 3 children, the devastation and grief was immeasurable. Our world was in such chaos, we could not bare the idea that the rehabilitation facility was going to get away Scott free. We contacted Glenn Cunningham’s office broken and hopeless. After our first call, we hung up with a glimpse of hope that someone understood, that someone was on our side and reassured that this was a gross negligent and horrific tragedy; most importantly we felt we contacted someone who would not rest till the rehabilitation facility was held accountable. Just wanted to share that I had Paul O’Finan when he was at another law firm and out of four other attorneys who failed me and my child I can say Mr. O’Finan did his job and did it well. Thank you sir even though I’m still in the battle.

This is a really long story, but I will try and keep it simple. My sister, Ann, started a lawsuit just prior to her death. Glenn and is wife (an RN) scoured through the 11,000 pages (yes, I typed that correctly) of Ann's medical records to find out what had happened to her on her extended journey to death. The long and short of it is that Glenn Cunningham is by far the most honest and compassionate attorney that I have ever dealt with in on a personal level. (I qualify that as I know a lot of honest attorneys, but have never had the opportunity to work with them in the legal arena.I guess that is a good thing!) Really, the most amazing thing about Glenn was that he and his wife, through their expertise, found out the real reason that Ann had died, which was not what the lawsuit was about at all! When he asked me if I wanted to take action on all of the above, I was "legally" exhausted. My answer was no, but I realize that he would have thrown himself head first into the case. I have nothing but high praise for Glenn and the way he approaches his client's needs.

I wanted to thank Mr. Cunningham and his staff for there amazing work and dedication to my case and fighting for me when I couldn't. They truly were amazing and always kept my family and I updated on everything that was happening.

I feel like anyone who goes elsewhere would only regret the fact of not being able to have Glenn Cunningham as their attorney. I've never known an attorney to be so attentive and have such personal care. Most of all, for it to be as GENUINELY true as it is with him. He truly and genuinely cares about his clients. After even your first interaction with him you feel the care from him and know that 100% he wants and will work for what is best for YOU. He's not just a great attorney but I think the thing that makes him so great as such is that he is also personally just such a great man! I myself ended up going with other attorneys And yet when I had a question at different points I was able to reach out to him and he so selflessly responded and advised as best he could. Even though he had no benefit in doing so. I recommend to everyone now that they at least seek him out to see if he will take their case. I of course hope to never have to endure this type of lawsuit in my life again but should I ever I have no doubt he would be my first call. I cannot recommend him enough, no words can do it justice. I wanna say they gave me the best legal advice. I had an insane customer that just would not leave me alone. Like a crazy Ex. Instead of like most attorneys they would say I need to lawyer up but not these guys. Told me if I get served paper them call them up but these people usually get bored and go away on their own. I've never dealt with someone like this before so I looked for legal advice. Scared my companies reputation was on the line. I'll know who to call if something like this happens again. Thank you
