I was in need of Mr. Mora's services for close to 24 months. Reason being was that my ex was representing herself. She is not a lawyer. This being the second or third attempts to get custody of our son, which I was awarded back in the spring of 2015. Not long ago she kept him permanently, when the Corona virus came around. I thought it would be wise to let him stay with mom and her mother and step-dad until this all settled down. They were isolated pretty well on the ranch. That proved to be a very bad idea! When they discontinued remote learning, she enrolled him in another school district where she took employment for the spring semester. She was not supposed to do that. I saw my sons grades decline during this time. When she did get everything filed correctly, Randy took it from there. This was a rather unique case. There was parental alienation and talking bad about me in front of him. Randy had to track down a CPS case worker that was used early on. She testified for us saying that my house was where my son should live. This case involved multiple zoom hearings just to get my son back under my roof and back in his school. The court appointed an amicus attorney for my son and a reunification counselor to aid in my sons transition back with me. The ex tried many times to thwart what we were doing, merely following instructions from the judge, to prevent my son from being with me. Randy handled everything with the counselor, the amicus, and the CPS worker. Randy gave me instructions on what to do. I followed those instructions as best as I could. He might argue that part, a little. As we approached the court date, she goes out and hires an attorney, an old family friend who I recognized from all the family functions I attended over the years. She was able to delay the hearing for a month or so. Randy told me to allow this in order to prevent her from being able to appeal, should the judge not side with her. The judge had to admonish her multiple times for her behavior in court and on the zoom hearings. We get to court for a two day affair and Randy looked like a brain surgeon. Randy, having a very high IQ in family law, he orchestrated two days of hearings involving testimony from the former CPS case worker, the amicus, and the reunification counselor. I was in awe at how incredibly well it went. In the summer of 2021, I was able to retain custody. However, she still refused to return my son. Disobeying the judge's direct orders to return my son immediately. We weren't done yet, sadly. Randy had to file a writ of habeaus corpus and we had to have the sheriff department go and retrieve my son. I put Randy through the ringer on this one but, he never stumbled. I felt he has very calm and levelheaded, never being the provocative one, just doing his job at a very high level. I highly recommend using Mr. Mora for your divorce and or custody battles. Randy Mora is an incredibly sharp family attorney! Regrettably, I forgot to mention Mrs. Charles. She was there every step of the way! She is absolutely an integral part of the team over there. I had many dealings with her and she is quite the professional. She is without a doubt Randy's "right hand man." My case was a long drawn out one and the two of them shined the entire time!

This is kind of a long review but I don't mind taking the time considering the satisfaction I had with the level of service I received. The little things matter more when you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. The little things like easy to use secure messaging, which is the main way Blake Pierce and I communicated. The little things like Blake reaching out and keeping me informed every step of the way. The little things like just hearing confidence in the voice of my attorney. Blake is a young guy with a clear agenda to use everything at his disposal to get a positive result, at least in my dealing with him. He treated me and the situation with the respect and tenacity it needed and the results speak for themselves. I got more than I could have hoped for out of my case and I don't think that happens without Blake and the team at Randy Mora's law firm. As a recovering addict and a father with over 4 years of sobriety now my son is back in my life in a meaningful way. I earned the results with my actions since entering recovery but Blake presented it in a way I didn't even need to step in front of a judge. The matter was settled between Blake and the opposing counsel due to the evidence, presentation, and great lawyering from Mr. Pierce. The team around Blake Pierce and Mr. Mora in general made it a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend them more if they wanted me to.
