Hobbs is an amazing attorney. Due to some stupid mistakes I made years ago and a senseless probation violation I found myself in need of a defense attorney for multiple counties. Hobbs has fought for me every step of the way. Sitting in court watching the defense attorney/prosecutor negotiations for both myself and other defendants I have seen a huge difference between the way that hobbs has fought relentlessly for me versus the way the other attorneys have pleaded for their clients. I have even been asked by several other defendants in the court room who my attorney was because they wanted to hire him because he fought for me so much harder than their attorneys did for them. He has believed in me from the start and has worked so hard to keep me from going to jail. It’s very difficult when you hire an attorney to know if you are going to find somebody who takes a true interest in your case and your future or if you will end up with somebody who just wants to take your money and make empty promises (had that in the past) I am so blessed that hobbs was the one I chose. He has traveled to multiple counties and multiple appearances and has never let me down. I will never be able to thank him enough.

Mr. Hobbs represented me in a motion to revoke probation hearing. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. i was really impressed with his aggressive yet professional manner in which he approached the prosecutor. i highly recommend his services to anyone!

I have had a few lawyers in my time mainly for minor things but mr hobbs was handsdown one of the best i had he was very proficient in exlplaining my rights and reviewing my case he was always punctual to court which is a big bonus and he always made sure I understood what my options were i can honestly say i would refer his practice to anyone needing an attorney he will do all that is necessary to ensure quality representation and that you are treated fairly

I hired Mr. Colin for an assault case a while back. I was really scared because I'd never been arrested before but a friend gave me his phone number and said he knew his stuff. He asked me a lot of questions, explained the process and helped me gather evidence against the other which convinced the DA to dismiss the case because I was just defending myself!

Last year I was charged with DWI with a breath test of .18 - at first the prosecutor wasn't willing to offer anything less than 2 years probation on a DWI based on my criminal history and the breath test results. Mr Hobbs convinced the prosecutor to watch the video there in court while I was in the courtroom. He managed to get a 6 month deferred probation offer on a Class B Obstruction of a Highway which is MUCH better than a DWI and eventually will get dismissed. Since I won't have a conviction I was able to keep my job and while I hope I don't need him again, he'll be my first call if I do!

I have consulted with Mr. Hobbs on multiple occasions for a number of legal issues. He always strives to provide the best possible advice for each situation after closely examining it. It is clear he has my best interests in mind. Plus, he is a beast in the courtroom.
