I’m an attorney myself, but was hit with a full “we have a legal system not a justice system” moment for a family member and reached out to Colin Hobbs. A disabled family member received a parking ticket from the City of San Antonio for parking in a handicapped space with an expired handicap placard, simply because they had forgotten to put the new one into their car. Seventy years old and never had any run-ins with the law, not even a speeding ticket, and so they were extremely upset and worried finding that on their windshield. Additionally, they are on a fixed income and the cost of the ticket for something like this would be very difficult for them. Colin was extremely empathetic, and made the process of contesting the ticket and getting justice to prevail as easy it could be. The cost to retain him was well worth it, certainly in the financial sense, but also for the peace of mind which was equally important. Very thankful for all his work on their behalf and highly recommend him because he truly was the Ticket Shredder!
