Sam is an excellent attorney who is very knowledgeable about family law. Although we weren't able to find the finances to secure his services he was able to guide me to the necessary forms needed for my case. He is a wonderful person who cares about his clients and takes time to listen to what you want to accomplish in your case and makes sure to let you know he is behind you 100% and ready to fight for you. He was able to give me valuable information that no other attorney would and for that, I am forever grateful.

My case involved a land dispute with a family member which was unchartered territory for me and needed help. My case was dragging prior to Sam's involvement at which he gave me a call to get the facts of the case. In just a couple of months, the case information was prepared, consulted, and was resolved in court to the best of his ability and my expectations. Sam made us feel comfortable in what he was trying to achieve and the best recommendations to proceed going forward with our situation or case. Being involved in a case like this is never an ideal situation for anyone, but the drive and persistence that he showed allowed this case to be finished quickly. Mr. Fugate has been a great attorney by his performance not only in the courtroom but outside of the courtroom as well. He always answered my phone calls directly or if unable to either sent a message immediately and/or called back within an hour. Mr. Fugate also prepared me not only for the good outcomes but the possibility of the bad outcomes too. I never felt unsure or uninformed about my case.
