Mr. Rosenblatt is an excellent, thorough litigator. Patient, trustworthy, results driven, flexible and a great manager of time and resources. Extremely disciplined and respected in the entire legal community. Performs a very detail oriented investigation in to the factual components of a case to determine the pros & cons (and best course of action) to deploy regarding mediation, settlement and trial options. Mr. Rosenblatt respects the clients time, position and resources. He guides his clients through the process with a clear focus on the desired remedy. He knows when to hold'em and when to fold'em. He does't over play his hand or give his client un-realistic confidence or expectations. He is an "old-school" attorney who respects the process, people and the system. As a result, he has earned the respect of his employees, clients, jurors, opposing attorneys and judges. Though he handled specific contractual issues for my enterprise, I have spent many hours with him and through diverse discussions, I have determined that he has an extraordinary grasp of all business legal disciplines. I've handled several hundred cases as a risk manager directing outside legal staff and would place Mr. Rosenblatt in the top five percent of attorneys I've hired on behalf of my employer. Finally, he is fair and reasonable in his fee structure. If you have any concerns on how his firm handles billing, Mr. Rosenblatt will personally address the issue so that you are in complete agreement as to how your billing is calculated. He won't dodge you or refer you to staff for billing reconciliation. Reasonable fees, hard work, excellent staff and resources, honest representation...... What more can you ask for when you need an attorney?
