My husband and I worked with Mr. Nicholson and his excellent and cooperative staff on my husband's will and powers of attorney. The process was easy and all questions and changes were quickly amended. Mr. Nicholson is a retired AF JAG who understands both civilian and military affairs.

We needed new estate documents (wills, powers of attorneys, etc.).and decided to work with the Jacobson Law firm due to a strong recommendation from a friend. I was hopefully confident because I trusted my friend. And he was right. Dana Jacobson and his entire staff more than met our needs. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly…very easy to talk to about even sensitive family details. Our final estate “package” is just what we wanted and needed.
