My husband obtained legal representation in the beginning of November after being told they would handle his warrants and represent him on his case with no surprise additional charges later. We are now in late January and he has had little to no communication from them, warrants are still existing and now tell him there there is going to be an additional charge. That was not the agreement and are not cooperating on a refund of $3,000 retainer and even charged debit card for another payment. They have not returned any phone calls or responded to emails.
