Nate makes the formation process for an LLC straightforward and simple for the client. As a lawyer myself, I was impressed with, and very much appreciated, Nate's complete knowledge of this area of the law and his ability to explain it in an easily understandable way.

I decided to start a LLC in Texas and tried my best to figure out all the ins and out of getting it set up properly.
