I spoke to Mr. Yamanaka about my case and it was handled within a week. He got my ticket deferred and I only have to do a defensive driving course and avoid any new tickets for 180 days. I will use him again if I get another ticket.

Mr. Yamanaka responded to my request quickly and I agreed to hire him immediately. Mr. Yamanaka needed just a brief summary of the event leading to my traffic ticket in order to address my case. Received a traffic ticket in San Antonio but live out of State. I left a message and got call back from Roberto within the hour.
