Emily is an absolutely amazing and professional attorney! I had met with several attorneys and some were not a good fit and others were intimidated by my special circumstances case. As soon as I met with Emily and Amanda, I knew I was in the right place. They both were motivated to help me get child support from someone who knew how to evade the system (he owed over $40k in back child support). Emily did her homework and made sure he did not evade the system anymore and helped me finally start receiving child support in a short time period. I am very thankful that Emily was diligent, efficient and knowledgeable in every aspect.

She did a fantastic job talking me through the options and the entire process for my case. She (and her team) were very much on top of things to the point that they were reminding me to follow up on certain issues. All around great to work with.

Mrs. Ross handled my divorce proceedings. She is very professional and thorough. She and her staff were very prompt in returning phone calls,emails, and balance of retainer. She is honest and straight forward. She was very kind and empathetic too my particular situation and I would not hesitate to use her services again or recommend her to family and/or friends in need of legal proceedings.

This attorney assured me the the other parent would not take a position. We hired her then not only did he but she allowed it and stated we got a good deal Also be careful she will use up your retainer then not notify you. When you terminate her she send a huge bill for work done after retainer was empty Be careful of this one

Emily Ross is highly professional and extremely organized. We had to put together over 5,000 documents and she was able to do this and understand all of the details - she knew my accounts and inventory better than I did. Mrs Ross kept a cool head throughout this difficult divorce process and kept me from losing mine! from beginning to end of mediation was right around 4 months! Mrs Ross is very persistent and detail oriented. I would highly recommend her to be on your side in a divorce, and wouldn't want to see her on the other side :)

I can't say enough positive things about Emily! She handled my divorce, which was full of surprises and unusual circumstances. She dealt with a house fire, insurance settlements, an incarcerated ex, and his attorney who never showed up to court or returned phone calls. She took everything in stride and rolled with every punch. She was also great at keeping me calm during an emotional time. Emily was always very quick to respond when I had questions, and was great about helping me stay on track when there was information she needed.
