Matthew created my will and then I returned for him to create my Medical POA, Durable POA, and Advanced Directive- he did a great job viewing all my options and walked me through each part of the process.

Matt did a phenomenal job. He helped my in laws with their wills and did an amazing job. I have to say that my in laws are in the Nineties, he was patient, kind and did a magnificent job of articulating why he did what he did as well as methodically walking them through the entire document. I can’t give him enough credit for a perfect experience. We are recommending him to everyone we can.

Matt helped me out during a very difficult time. My divorce was not as messy or complicated as most may be, but it was far from easy or simple. Matt took care of everything and we both felt like it was a fair outcome. He was extremely capable and concise throughout the whole process. I used Mr. McDonough for a Durable Power of Attorney. He definitely went above and beyond for us. My mother was admitted to the hospital and she did not have a POA. I called Mr. McDonough and he was out of town at a conference, but called me back in the evening and had the POA ready when he returned to town. In addition, when he arrived back in SA over the weekend, he drove to the hospital to meet with myself and my mother. He explained everything to her in a very compassionate and professional way. Mr. McDonough went above and beyond what he needed to do as an attorney. A few weeks later he even contacted me to check on my mother. We will definitely be using Mr. McDonough for future estate planning needs.

I requested Mr. McDonough's assistance and direction in planning so that my children would have as little hassle as possible in handling my affairs should I become ill, disabled, die. He was kind, knowledgable, and most important I understood his suggestions.
