I hope no one uses your services. You're extremely unprofessional. You might be smiling in your picture, but you're an awful person. You spoke in a very disgusting manner to my elderly mother who only had questions about a family member you barely represented. Fortunately, my step father, who is a police officer, overheard the conversation and was appalled by your behavior. Thank God we fired you. Luckily we were able to find another attorney who is much better and treats their clients with respect.
