Never replies to texts or calls if he does takes months , went to a custody hearing and filed the wrong paper work and he never told me he was a criminal attorney and not a law attorney he just took my money and wasted my time .

Mr. Wenk is a no nonsense, straight to the point guy who has extensive knowledge of What happens on the other side of the fence. Having been a district attorney, he knows exactlyWhat needs to be done to get the best results, and also will tell you straight away what can not be done as not to waste your time or give you false hope. He helped me tremendously and got me out of a huge ordeal and I recommend him highly over any other lawyer in Hays County 100%.
