I am very blessed and pleased to have hired attorney's Juliana and Jacqueline to represent me on a custody case. They took my case on a very short notice and were able to work with me financially as we went thru the court proceedings. Both attorney's are amazing and will go above and beyond for their clients. I will definitely recommend them and the McNutt law firm to any and all my friends and family

Worst family law attorney in Texas. I retain McNutt as my attorney in October of 2021. McNutt move my case out Texas child support court and into Hays County Family Court and that’s about all she did. After paying McNutt Law Firm nearly 3000 dollars she then requested a motion to withdraw from my case on day 7 of March of 2022. She requested to withdraw from my case supposedly for bad client and attorney relations. Basically she took my money and left me to defend myself with no specific reason at all for doing so. I got proof of everything I am writing. My advice to anyone is to not retain McNutt as your attorney in family law court if you want a good outcome in your case. She may do some good work for some of her clients but not for all. My case proves beyond a reasonable doubt that she is not honest. I am a real person and I have proof that this is a bad attorney and law firm. Do retain McNutt if you value your money and expect a good outcome in your case. Don’t end up like me. You might find yourself in the same situation if you retain Jacqueline R. McNutt as your attorney.

I do not recommend this firm. Not sure if they do not have time for you or what the situation is. However, you may as well do your court case yourself. They do not return phone calls as promised and the communication is terrible. I tried to resolve the communication on several occasions without success. They expect you to recall the specifics of your case and they are extremely delayed in everything they do. Look elsewhere for counsel and representation.

My husband and I are so very happy we chose McNutt Law Firm. Juliana was our attorney she was very knowledgeable in regards to our situation. At any point when I was feeling anxious about anything, one meeting with her put my mind at ease. We both appreciate all that Juliana and everyone at McNutt Law Firm did for us.

I never received a consultation even though I had an appointment.

More attorney could learn from Ms Mcnutt, ethic and truly cares and looks out for whats in the best interest of the child. God bless you Ms. McNutt.

I called the McNutt Law Firm with only 3 weeks before my hearing and I needed a lot of stuff done for my particular situation. They were professional, they were swift, THEY KEPT ME IN THE LOOP(that’s a big one for me. I would get calls just to say, “hey, this is where we’re at right now, we got some good stuff. Let me know if you think of anything else”), and they know what they’re doing! They did their research, had a plan, and executed that plan flawlessly. I would not be where I stand today without them and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them to any father. These guys are top notch!

I had the pleasure of using McNutt law last year, I had been searching for a lawyer for about a week and when I came across McNutt law firm something told me to call.
