David Hardaway’s Office saved my life. I was a college student just graduated, starting my career and next chapter. I made a mistake as a young adult, a DWI and two count felony possession charges. David met with me directly, laid out the expectations, kept me up to date with where I needed to be at court and when. Prepared me for the long battle ahead. His team believed the punishment was not just to what me as a contributing member of society deserved. His team of elite defense attorneys worked CONSTANTLY from 2019 through covid to 2023 to finally had my felonies lowered to misdemeanours for a more than fair rate. If I would have had any other team I don’t think I would still have the freedoms I have today. Mr. Hardaway went above and beyond all expectations that I and my husband had. We called for consultation on a legal situation and due to never being in any kind of trouble before we did not know how things work or where to start.
