I'm very pleased with Brian's representation. An attorney that I respect a great deal referred Brian to me. I called Brian's office and was able to speak to him that same day. By the end of the week he had already secured a tentative plea deal that was exactly what I was looking for. It was impressive. I highly recommend him and his staff for any criminal defense matter.

We all make mistakes. If you fall into a dire circumstance, I strongly recommend hiring Brian Baker as your defense attorney. He over-delivers and is an incredible advocate for your well-being. He never made me feel like a bad person and worked to show the court I was more than just a piece of paper. 20/10 would recommend I would give 10 stars if I could. I looked at other lawyers. Some were more expensive; some were cheaper. Either way, I felt I had the best representation in the entire state of Texas with my choice of Brian. Thank you, Mr. Baker. Brian helped us where another attorney just kept rescheduling the case over and over. After we hired Brian the case was resolved in a couple months. He is very responsive and organized and knows how to get things accomplished. Highly recommend!

I can't express how much Mr. Baker helped me. I was being accused for a Class A misdemeanor which was inaccurate. I had a public defender and wouldn't listen and wanted me to take the plea deal. This is actually the second time I've used Brian, once for a class C misdemeanor and once for a class A misdemeanor. He took care of me both times and exceeded expectations. He told you what you needed to get done and he did the rest. He communicated extremely well and made sure I understood what I needed to do.
