Arthur handled my son’s felony case and got it dismissed. He is persistent, knowledgeable and will fight for his clients. He charged one flat fee and did not ask for anymore despite the time it took to get a resolution. I would recommend him to anyone.

Arthur Sims helped my daughter win her case. My daughter forgot to take her prescribed medication a few times before school as directed. Someone called the high school hotline tipping them off that they saw she had the medication on her person. She was arrested at school and brought to the Galveston jail and charged with two felony counts due to not having her medication in her bottle. My husband and I were completely lost and it wasn't until we talked to Arthur and he assured us that he would do his best to get her case dismissed. It was really important to get theses charges dismissed because she wants to be in the medical field. We are all very thankful for all his help.

I hired Mr. Sims a year ago. I had my second DWI charge. He said from day one the officer was just trying to pull someone over. Mr. Sims kept telling me not to take anything. I was worried but left it up to him. We pushed it all the way to trial and the DA dismissed it. I am so thankful for Mr. Sims and his willingness to keep fighting. I hired Mr. Sims about 5 months ago. I had a disordlery conduct display/discharge a firearm case where police responded to an alarm at my home. I had gotten up since the alarm went off and grabbed my shot gun. I waived down the police as they came up the street. The officer threw me down after ripping the gun out of my hands. He said in the report that I wasn’t following his instructions and that was why he “wrestled” the gun away from me. What actually happened was that he rolled up and drew his weapon and at that point I placed my hands in the air and then carefully laid down my gun. Over him screaming at me I was trying to explain that this was my house. Mr. Sims didn’t doubt me for a minute. He went in and fought for me and for my rights. The case was dismissed. I am so thankful for him and his patience and expertise. Awesome attorney!

I will start by saying that before hiring legal representation from Mr. Sims I was kind of skeptical but he proved me wrong he was professional answer all my questions from the beginning he told me don't worry I got this and he did I might not have gotten it dismissed but I can honestly tell you I didn't serve no jail time and got just a misdemeanor for mischief conduct I have his number on speed dial thanks again HydroJay
