Awesome attorney

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a lawyer. The first time I ever had to get a lawyer was because my mother was killed in a car accident due to a mailman driving recklessly, so my maternal grandparents sued the postal service. The layers who worked with me then were actually concerned about me. Leaving me orphaned into our messed up foster system that I eventually conquered and aged out of with no problems; I moved on to college and became a home health care provider. One day after I got out of class and on my way to a client’s house I was cut off by an officer driving recklessly in a police suv, not once but twice. I honked at him both times and once we were on a rural road he decides to abruptly stop in front of me and proceeded to get out of his vehicle and confront my vehicle and harass me by asking what my problem was so I told him I didn’t think it was okay for him to cut me off the way he did and speed the way he was. He asked for my information and without hesitation I gave it to him. As soon as I did that he told me I was being detained for tailgating! I was so scared that I called the cops on him and by the time he came back to my vehicle and saw me on the phone, he kept asking for me to get out of my vehicle but I didn’t feel safe and due to my PTSD from childhood sexual trauma I froze and couldn’t/wouldn’t get out so he and 2 other male cops pull me out of my vehicle and got on top of my back and hand cuff me after throwing me around like a rag doll! I was taken downtown and my vehicle was towed, I don’t even think I was read my Miranda rights but I’ve had to to suffer consequences along with rebuilding and going back to counseling because the flashbacks are impending me in my life from being able to function or even go back to school. I lock my doors now when I see a cop and it shouldn’t be this way! I tried telling this lawyer all of it and he just didn’t care or even bother to fight. I guess that’s what you get with a court appointed attorney. I just wish he asked my side of the story to at least make me feel like I was valued as a human and not just another number or case file. Sucks that you have to pay $$$ for people to care or even do the right thing.

William (Bill) Troy is an outstanding attorney. As soon as I found out I needed some legal representation, I looked on Google and came across his name. In the long run, choosing him the best move that I made. From the beginning, he got all the facts and stayed on top of my case, walking me through every detail I needed to know. I got Bill Troy as my attorney and after looking at the paper work he knew he could get the charges dismissed. He proved that I was stopped illegally. After 3 settings the prosecutor put in a potion for dismissal. I was able to walk away from a bad situation. THANK YOU!

Placed a phone call to see if Mr. Troy coould help my partner or to even see if we need a lawyer. He took the time to hear what was going on and what we could do. By the end of the day he was able to get a document we needed signed so she could move on to the next step with the navy. He was persistent and kept in touch every step of the way. Even spoke with the navy recruiter personally to make sure the required documentation was exactly what it needed to be.

My son was blessed to get Bill Troy as his lawyer. From the start Bill wanted . What was best for him . There were immagration issues so we had to be very very careful. My son has been in the United States since he was two years old, and all of a sudden he was potentially facing deportation in the the end, after going to court for half a year, the judge finally told us that the case was dismissed. After struggling for several days to make contact with just ONE (1) attorney that would 1) answer their phone (not just an assistant or voicemail message) and 2) that would just listen to "my problem" for just a second, I was quite furious with San Antonio altogether. My matter was highly time sensitive and urgent, and other attorney's either did not have time, did not want to touch it, or I never heard back from them. I didn't know what to do. I was quite astonished at this point in my frustration to find an experienced Attorney that would not only just answer my phone call directly and listen to my problem, but Mr. Troy started working almost immediately for me.
