I've known David Eveld more than 20 years. He's a pillar of the Seguin community. He has a giant brain and heart. My family has consulted with him on issues involving real estate and estate planning. David is super smart, knows the law thoroughly and, he just so obviously cares about people.

David Eveld helped me immensely with my case. He was responsive and worked hard and in detail with the insurance company and witnesses in my case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, dependable attorney.

He misrepresent our case and was sued and lost for Mal practice by us . Terrible criminal court attorney. He might be ok on civil crimes but not criminal. No faith in him atol

I paid $200 and never received my gift deed. I was the one doing all the work, I had to make the calls he was supposed to make to the city and county. On top of this all, he wanted to charge $1500 more to proceed, I told him I don't wish to proceed since this was not mentioned to begin with. I asked how much it was for the 2 visits that I attended and he said $60 each. I gave him $200, he should have refunded me $80 but he decided to keep the entire $200. This makes his visits $100 each and he doesn't do any work and all he talks about is his love for history... such crooks

This is the reason we have faith and justice in the Judicial System, Attorney's like David. When you desire to become an attorney its' for the best interest of the client, and the attorney, not for the Attorney then the client. this is why I would become an attorney, and having personally had a consult with Attorney David Eveld, it restored my beliefs and aspirations in becoming an attorney for the PEOPLE.
