Mr. Frost has represented me in an eminent domain matter which has involved land aquisition by the state for the new Hwy. 130 that is currently being constructed. the western section of my ranch and largest stock tank lies in it's path. this is an ongoing matter but James has handle the matter excellently helping me get a better price for my land and keepiing this as stress free as possible. Has been very sincere and compassionate towards my losses.
