My situation was a bit complex and prior to contacting his office, I received some bad information from other consults and had become a bit discouraged. I contacted Mr. Nix and when he actually got on the phone (unlike others I contacted) he LISTENED to my entire spill. He assured me he could help and told me not to worry. Once I provided the details to him and his office staff, it was smooth sailing. After our initial consult, he got started right away, within 30 days we had positive movement. I was only needed to sign documents or show up for court dates. He and his office stayed all over my case to ensure things were resolved and not drawn out for a long period of time.
