I had a 2 year old case in texas with my ex that was extremely stressful. It effected my everyday life. I hired jeff and no matter how many texes I sent and emails he was always kind to me. He put a end to a 2 year ordeal and faught hard for me. I strongly recommend to hire jeff with a divorce, legal problems and criminal cases. He has over 30 years experience and cares about what ever ordeal u are going through. Thank u jeff for everything.

Being innocent of the charges against me, I wanted a jury trial. I paid $12,500 of the $15,000 fee he said it would cost for the jury trials (5K retainer, 5K for each jury trial). I was not privvy to all of the information from the discovery, nor was I given specific discovery documentation that I repeatedly asked for. He made no contact with any character witnesses I provided on my behalf. On several occasions, when I didn't have a payment for him, I told him to contact my husband, as he controls the money. His response each time was, "You are my client, not your husband." At one point, he told me about a plea offer, which I refused, as I was not going to plead guilty for something I did not do. We had meeting scheduled three days prior to jury selection, and he had asked my husband to attend. He told me to take the plea offer, which I refused once again. I was very upset, and the two of them continued to pressure me into taking the plea deal. Through tears I said, "you mean to tell me a jury is going to convict me for telling one lie?" To which Jeff replied, "Yes.". That was the worst day of my life, as the consequences made my future quite bleak. I did not receive any refund of his fee I paid for jury trials, even though I never got my day in court. This being my first experience with the judicial system, and an attorney, my opinion of both has been forever tainted.
