My divorce was complicated due to property and location of assets. In addition, I was fearful the court would not see my truth and evidence of abuse and cruelty on the part of my husband. Jeremy processed through all of my evidence and we were able to comprise exhibits that effectively showed the data and facts. While you can't control what the other party is going to say or do, you can fully rely on Jeremy to support and provide you with the best legal options at every unexpected twist and turn. Mr. Tim Haney is a very personable, talkative, honest & knowledgeable attorney with a pleasant personality. We were able to finish my case rather quickly & at a reasonable rate. The only issue I had was with keeping constant communication, but I understand that the attorney was in a staffing transition for the stint of my case. Besides that, everything was great.

I do NOT recommend Gary Corley as an Atty. He never answers phone calls, his staff is rude and unprofessional. He did not properly finish my case. I had to have another Atty try to correct his mistakes.

He was referred to us by another attorney. We hired him for CPS CASE. HE told us he can help us get our grandkids out of foster care. We paid him $2500 . He never returned any of our calls. We had to make appointments so we can ask him questions and our concerns. Told us he was gonna do one thing in court and never followed through it. HE IS A LIER. We DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM. He took our money for services that were never rendered . BEWARE

This is for the wealthy 10,000 down for a divorce which am sure is fine for millionaires. But not for mother's in need of true help that haven't 10,000 or 7,500 down 550 a month. So we went somewhere else. Mr. Nicks who my daughter had seen previously , seen there. He sadly passed away. He wasn't going to charge her! He was going to charge the one at fault the money. And realky had empathy for such a case. Bad thing , this new attonery couldn't even guaranty they could get my money which i was going to loan my daughter. But not 10,000 . I simply don't have, am a widow. All was explained. Ask money first! A waste of our time! And his. No empathy there. So if your not wealthy skip

We used Jeremy for our adoption and termination of my son for his step dad to adopt him. I was so lost and knew nothing about the process. Our was considerably difficult in serving the bio parent, and Jeremy and Hannah made the process so easy! Hannah was amazing with keeping me up to date on what was going on and answered any questions I had! I highly recommend them they were amazing!
