THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE ATTORNEY IVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. NOT ONLY DID HE DO NOTHING AFTER BEING RETAINED YES I RETAINED THE DUDE HE WAS NOT APPOINTED . BUT HE LIED SAID HE RETRIEVED DISCOVERY YET FOR SOME REASON I NOR MY HUSBAND NEVER SAW ANY VIDEO OF THE DISCOVERY . A POLICE REPORT IS NOT ENOUGH TO SETTLE WITH ANYTHING. HES LAZY AND ALL HE DID WAS TAKE OUR MONEY LITERALLY. NEVER HIRE THIS ATTORNEY !

This is the guy you want to have in your corner! Even in my case as court appointed, he gave his all. Thoroughly does his research. Successfully defended me for an almost impossible charge ( 3x over the legal limit DWI due to a bad blood draw)..
Can’t say he could do this exact thing for anyone, you don’t know my circumstances..
…… but I know I researched online and I couldn’t find any case like mine defended in Texas with a positive result..
He is literally an imposing gentle giant that pulls no punches in the courtroom…I’d give 100 stars if I could.

Micah was amazing, I hired him while I was incarcerated and since this COVID-19 is going on people have been in jail waiting on court for atleast 4 months and he made sure i had a court date and was home within a week and i got a great deal!!! THANKS MICAH!!!!

As a long term Disability advocate I would encourage you to employ Micah as your attorney specifically for persons with Mental Health challenges. Micah is a compassionate, frightfully intelligent advocate. My family could not be more satisfied with the evolved performance provided in court while advocating for our loved one. Grayson County is fortunate to have this type of legal advocate. We also applaud the fact that he reaches out to additional counties.

Micah was the 2nd attorney I hired for my DWI. Every time he said he would see me, he did. No empty promises with this guy. Very thorough and he explained everything where the lay person could understand it. I knew from the beginning what I was up against. Very humble, when I asked why he didn't practice in a larger location where he would obviously benefit more financially, he simply replied, "the people here need me." You're right, Micah. They do.

Micah is very respectful and curitious to his clients. My brother has metal issues and Micah made that clear to the d.a. and instead of them putting him in the jail, Micah got him the help he needs. I recommend Micah to anyone who is wanting to hire a lawyer that doesn't judge you, has compassion for you and is willing to treat you like a person of worth.

Throughout my whole case that took over a year I hired 2 different lawyers Micah was my 3rd lawyer. He was the only one that did what they said they were gonna do. He truly helped me and I was blessed to have him. I would recommend him for anyone that has a Felony case.

My only problem is there aren't more than 5 stars to rate Mr. Belden! He definitely gained my utmost respect with how courteous, professional, and helpful him and his staff were with any question or concern i had throughout the whole process. I could contact him on any given day and he would strive to assist to the best of his ability. I have recommended Micah to many people and will continue to do so. I'm very grateful for the professionalism and knowledge of law this firm holds. Definitely the person to contact when you need legal counseling!!

Micah Belden was amazing. Easy to talk to and work with. He took the time to explain procedures to me and made it so I never had to set foot in a courtroom.
