This review is not for Kenneth but for Linzie. She was the court appointed lawyer for my minor child. First she pushed the court date to give her time to view the discovery (understandable, it gave her an additional 5 weeks to review) but then she had me come to her office at 1030 am the morning we had court at 130. (we were there on time and she had us wait almost 30 mins when there wasn't even anyone but her staff in office) She hadn't even looked through the evidence prior to our arrival even though she had over a month to do so...

This is the guy you want to have in your corner! Even in my case as court appointed, he gave his all. Thoroughly does his research. Successfully defended me for an almost impossible charge ( 3x over the legal limit DWI due to a bad blood draw).. Can’t say he could do this exact thing for anyone, you don’t know my circumstances.. …… but I know I researched online and I couldn’t find any case like mine defended in Texas with a positive result.. He is literally an imposing gentle giant that pulls no punches in the courtroom…I’d give 100 stars if I could.

Great Lawyer for my daughter. Went above and beyond for her. Got her the help and defense she desperately needed. Highly recommend.

Mr. Belden represented me in three counties over the last couple of years. I hold a great amount of respect and gratitude towards him, as he surpassed my expectations when he was able to get all my charges dismissed. He’s a 5 star attorney, trustworthy and dependable. I will highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal representation.

He must have paid these others to say good things for him because he is literally the reason why we lost our case and a father who was never in my grandsons life won custody!! 2700 dollars down the drain

If I could give a negative amount of stars I WOULD! Do NOT waist your time or money on this excuse for an attorney. I paid and waited never got a phone call from M. Belden. Once we finally made it to court he DID NOT EVEN KNOW EXACTLY WHO I WAS TO THE DEFENDANT ( I am his MOTHER and the one that paid him.) He had no idea of the entire extent of the living arrangements even though I had texted asking if there would be certain requirements. He would not communicate with me the entire time before court. The icing on the cake… when I mentioned HE SHOULD KNOW these things he decided to call me names. Please save yourself time heartache and money!

This guy.... if there were 6 stars available, I would leave him a 6Star review. He took away the confusion and fear that often accompanies a visit with the judicial system. Clear, confident advice and he delivered on what he said he would. While I hope to never engage in a showdown with the legal system again, but I will be contacting him if I do. I HIGHLY recommend him.
